B&B La Pianedda

The location was the one real plus. As for the rest, the room was meant for three but felt cramped even with just two of us. The bathroom was tiny, windowless, had no bidet, and its fan was very noisy. It wasn't very clean either, with mold in the tile grout. Breakfast wasn't provided, and we only found that out when we asked after arriving. The room was cleaned every other day. The owner was almost never around: she appeared when we arrived to collect the remaining payment, then disappeared.

I completely agree with Ms. Luisa about how terrible it was. There was awful mold all over, including in the bathroom and shower, a chandelier hanging loose, and a bare lampshade with no shade. The air conditioning barely worked and made so much noise that I had to switch it off. Also, debit card payments aren't accepted, so check that carefully beforehand.

We had a clean, comfortable room with air conditioning and a private bathroom, though the bathroom may have been a bit small. Breakfast was generous and the hospitality was excellent. A really lovely B&B for a few days, recommended!

It was good value for money, and the owner was very kind. The accommodation was comfortable and close to all the main attractions in Castelsardo. Highly recommended.
