B&B La Roccia dell'Elefante

The room was on the small side, but clean and in good condition. For what we paid, the B&B and bar felt affordable, especially given the service. Very decent place, with perfect service.

The room was spotless, and the people were friendly. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the fresh breakfast and a great coffee each morning, though there weren’t many gluten-free choices. There’s not much on the street itself, but Castelsardo is only a short drive away. With two large suitcases and a crib, the room felt a bit crowded, but we managed. The big balcony was lovely.

The bar downstairs was a nice spot for a drink or a bite to eat. We also found the location convenient, the rooms clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. A great place to spend the night.

The service was excellent and the place itself is lovely, but my mixed grill was terrible. There was so much salt that I couldn’t taste anything else. I’ve traveled a lot, and this island really does seem to love adding salt to food. If you don’t mind that, it might be fine, but I personally wouldn’t advise anyone to holiday here. Enjoy the videos on YouTube, that may be the best experience you can have 🤪. Once again, Sardinia has shown what it does best: if you’re not a fish fan, find another island. I can guarantee the meat isn’t good to eat in any restaurant, not just this one.
