The view made up for the place not being clean when we first arrived. We live directly above the bosses, though, and one seagull is pretty annoying.

We were left stranded partway through our trip because the reservation details were completely unclear and the owner wouldn’t respond. Booking this place could mean risking a night outdoors.

We had a wonderful stay at the practically brand-new residence and plan to return. Castelsardo is an enchanting old village, and the sea there has Blue Flag status.

We’ve been standing outside for three hours because they never sent us the door code after we booked. There’s no customer service number, and communication has been poor.

The booking instructions were poor, and it’s been three hours of trying to find the owner. Communication with customers is poor too.
