The hosts were a friendly, welcoming couple, and the place itself was peaceful, beautiful, and well cared for. Everything was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was lovely with something different each day. Very good value for money. Our stay was faultless.

The setting is lovely and green, with a beautiful garden and seating spots dotted around, so it seems well suited to a longer stay. Caterina and Massimo gave us a really warm welcome, and breakfast was a dream, all wonderfully fresh. The furnishings are complete and authentic. The bathroom and kitchen may be less comfortable if you stay for a long time, though they were fine for two people. With six, it would be more challenging.

The house has so much thoughtful detail, and the upper floor works well for a family: interconnected rooms with a children’s room, then a bedroom, then the bathroom. Each room has a double bed and a single bed. Caterina and Massimo are lovely and take great care of the property. Caterina made us a delicious breakfast every morning, and we could help ourselves to good coffee from the latte machine whenever we wanted. The house is on the edge of town, and we didn’t see any neighbors, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Its location is convenient for the motorway, especially the SS115 to Agrigento, which matters in Sicily when so much time can be spent driving. From here, beaches like Selinunte natural beach and shops like Lidl are easy to reach. We booked spontaneously and didn’t regret it for a second. Thanks for a wonderful week at a fantastic resort unlike any we’d experienced before. We’re still embarrassed about breaking a sun lounger on the first day, and really sorry about it.

We loved it and I’d happily come back. The garden was well kept, the house beautiful and comfortable, and the owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was impeccable and delicious, and the coffee from the machine was great too. The pool was small but refreshing. The only downside was the mosquitoes.
