I had to get from the hotel to Trapani airport, and the resort suggested a local agency that wanted more than 200 euros. When I asked about other arrangements, the response was pretty lacklustre. I managed to find another option luckily. The machine coffee was undrinkable, though the restaurant staff were friendly. There was no wifi in the rooms.
