We stayed here as a family while travelling south. The hotel was simple and perfectly okay, though it didn’t feel especially welcoming. Breakfast was fine. The arrangements for the kids felt uneven: my 2-year-old stayed free but wasn’t given a towel, while my 5-year-old was charged the full price. My bathroom also wasn’t working.

We had no trouble with the Wi-Fi, and there was plenty of parking behind Hotel Guerro, including a charging station for electric cars. The rooms were very clean and nice, and breakfast was good too. The staff were friendly and spoke Italian and English. It’s close to City Modena.

For a late arrival, the self check-in setup was smart and much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, with a surprisingly broad choice for an Italian hotel: fresh orange juice, Parmeggiano, eggs, and different pastries. Service was super good throughout, from reception and breakfast to cleaning.

Everyone was friendly and polite, and the service was great. The hotel is conveniently located in Modena, near the Ferrari museums and Imola. A must!

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and we could pick from a pretty varied list even though it was served in our room under the covid rules. We especially loved the Italian coffee. The staff were kind and friendly, and reception gave us a lovely welcome and lots of help. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, and I slept really well in the comfortable beds. There was free WiFi and parking for guests. The town is small and lovely, up among the hills, a nice place for a walk or a bit of rest after bigger cities. Grazie mille! Wish we could have stayed longer :)
