The so-called all-inclusive deal was very limited by time, and about half the bar items, including ice cream and chips for children, cost extra. Beach towels were changed only once every three days. Getting settled was frustrating too: check-in dragged on with lots of mistakes. Our small room had no Wi-Fi and plenty of mosquitoes, and housekeeping came in without knocking first. Reception staff spoke little English, which made the hotel feel as though it was meant only for locals. The bar manager behaved unprofessionally and showed no respect for guests. Cups were even smashed in front of them. In 20 years of travelling, I'd never seen such a terrible scene. We spent money hoping to relax and left very disappointed.

There were a few things we genuinely appreciated. The reception team were polite, professional, and very helpful during a medical emergency involving my friend's child. The morning coffee was excellent, and the barista was kind, funny, and professional. The event staff also brought cheerful energy to the hotel activities. But the room and food fell short for what we paid. We travelled as two adults and a 9-year-old on a tour organized by Fisher, costing €2720. The room had no Wi-Fi, lots of mosquitoes, old furniture, and a strong unpleasant bathroom smell throughout our stay. It didn't feel like a 4-star room. Food choices were limited and many dishes too salty. The roasted suckling pig was the only dish we really enjoyed. The bar service was particularly poor. Rather than politely telling a guest not to take a glass, the bar manager aggressively smashed one in front of us and spoke rudely, as if we were begging. We were paying guests and tipped staff respectfully where appropriate, yet the "all-inclusive" service felt more like charity. Management told us she would apologize, but three days passed without an apology. Getting around was difficult too. We waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes to find a taxi, so renting a car is highly recommended. With a few bright spots, the stay still wasn't worth the high price. I hope the hotel takes the feedback seriously, especially about service and room conditions.

We paid for a trip that left our family frustrated instead of enjoying a holiday. The room was dirty, housekeeping left rubbish behind, and there wasn't even basic drinking water. Staff came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and we felt disrespected as guests. It was a complete letdown for the money, and we wouldn't return.

A rat appeared in the dining area while we were eating, which left us seriously concerned about the hotel's hygiene. The room also felt below 4-star standards: old, with a strong unpleasant smell and lots of mosquitoes. The bar service was unacceptable. The manager shouted at people uncontrollably and smashed a glass in front of seated guests. She was also seen drinking alcohol while on duty, which seemed highly unprofessional.
