Federico and Ilaria are wonderful, kind, helpful, and always available if anything comes up. We spent 15 days here and can recommend the villa without hesitation. We travel a lot, and we’ve never met two owners quite like them. The outdoor area is lovely, well ventilated, peaceful, and private, with no city noise, just nature around the villa. Inside, nothing is missing. The kitchen has everything needed and more, including a coffee machine and kettle, plus all the dishes and cookware. The modern rooms are carefully designed and welcoming, so you feel at home almost immediately. There’s air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and three Smart TVs. Every detail is cared for, and the villa is clean and comfortable. A flawless place for a holiday!

Federico was always there to help with whatever we needed, and the villa was spotless with great attention to detail. It’s a lovely, peaceful place surrounded by nature, while still being close to the main amenities. My family and I had a wonderful holiday here, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We wanted somewhere quiet, away from busy tourist centers, but with easy access to the beaches north and south of Costa Rei and Villasimius. HOUSE CASTIADAS BETWEEN THE SEA AND THE MOUNTAINS suited us perfectly. Olia Speciosa is five minutes away, with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants; Costa Rei is nearby, and Villasimius takes about fifteen minutes by car. The recently renovated villa has an outdoor area and plenty of parking. It’s well equipped, with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, two double rooms and one room with four single beds, a washing machine, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with pods, and brand-new kitchenware. There’s also a shower and bidet, barbecue and outdoor shower in the garden, mosquito nets, and beach gear and other accessories. We slept very well without disruptive noise. For evenings there’s a large TV in the living room and one in each double bedroom, with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions. The fixed TIM 4G Wi-Fi router was useful, as was the portable router guests can take on outings for free internet access. After a day at the beach, this charming little villa is a lovely place to unwind in total quiet. It has all the comforts, including a nice barbecue, and the garden is a real treat, especially for families with children. The owner was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
