The beach is beautiful and clean, and the shuttle runs well. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the grounds were tidy, well maintained, and in good repair. We spent a week in a ground-floor Classic Room. The room and bed were very clean, though the interior felt like a blend of old and new, and some repairs looked rather unprofessional. The bathroom and shower were fine, but the sink's automatic drain plug didn't work. Breakfast had a wide selection, but it was the same every day. The two coffee machines often had queues because of maintenance problems, such as no milk or a full grounds container. At lunch and dinner, the show cooking station had a different dish each day, but most other food was cold or lukewarm. There is a small microwave to heat it up.

The sea is beautiful, but this place is basically a hotel with lovely water, not a resort. There's no newsstand or tobacconist, despite what was advertised, and the food is disappointing, with dishes from earlier visits reused as appetizers. The entertainment team is nowhere to be seen, and activities listed daily, like water aerobics, never seem to happen. No one signs up or asks to join, and the staff seem to hide. Sports only run for half the week. Beach volleyball, for example, happened once and wasn't repeated even when guests asked. There are no evenings organized by the entertainment team either.

This place has a lot of potential, but it feels poorly managed. The beach and restaurant are both badly organized, and reception staff weren't helpful when unexpected problems came up. We won't be back.

An exceptional sea, excellent food, and very good services. The resort has panoramic views and a Mediterranean style, with lovely attention to detail. The staff are kind and polite.
