The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location is convenient. But you can clearly hear street noise at night, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper.

The coffee house feels like a proper Italian spot, with great coffee and locals popping in for an espresso. Prices are local too. The B&B itself is simple, clean and budget-friendly, with what you need if you’re not planning to spend your holiday in the room. It’s a little outside the main tourist area of Como.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, but getting around was a real problem because we didn’t have a car. We had to rely on buses that stopped running early or sometimes never showed up.

Lovely staff, so friendly and full of useful tips about coffee and the bus. The coffee was good, the croissants were amazing, and it was all inexpensive.
