The owners are very nice, and it’s a beautiful place, right next to the famous motocross circuit!!!

We spent the 2025 Christmas holidays here, and Mr. Fabrizio and Mrs. Annamaria made us feel right at home. They’re wonderful, welcoming people. They left us a basket full of persimmons and plenty of board games, which kept us entertained on Christmas Eve. The apartments are warm and cozy. The outdoor areas are probably more enjoyable in summer, and there’s also a cellar with a washing machine, billiards, table football and ping pong, so there’s plenty to do. The location is handy for visiting Castiglione, Lake Trasimeno and places nearby like Perugia, Cortona and Montepulciano. I recommend staying here.

I stayed at this agriturismo for a weekend with a group of friends, and we had a great time. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a great location if you want to relax, and having both a pool and a games room was the icing on the cake.
