The hospitality was great, thanks. The place is clean, well equipped, and ideally situated between Umbria and Tuscany.

First-rate.

We had a large group, and there was nothing missing. The apartments were all clean, well equipped, beautifully maintained, and finished to a high standard. They matched the photos, maybe feeling even more special in person. It was clear that every detail had been cared for. The weather wasn't on our side, but the proper heating kept the apartments comfortable and cosy. The common room had everything we needed for a big dinner or party. Beatrice was the best part of the experience. She was a pleasure to work with from my first inquiry through our departure, answering my countless event planning questions quickly, helpfully, and reliably. She didn't overwhelm us with rules or unnecessary information, and made us feel relaxed and at home. She was available whenever we needed her during the stay, while respecting our privacy. I rented the entire property for my 30th birthday and couldn't have imagined a better place. The value was perfect, and I'd recommend Principe del Trasimeno without hesitation for a group gathering, celebration, or family event. Thank you, Beatrice, for making my birthday so memorable. We'd return in a heartbeat. :)

We loved exploring Umbria and Toscana from here. The place was charming, and we had a great stay in May 2026. The area and pool were great and very well maintained. After the first week, we even got another set of fresh sheets and towels. You can buy fresh bread and pastries in the morning, which was great.
