The rooftop was great, and we had good service in the restaurant, especially from our friendly food server who spoke English. At the front desk, the service was excellent too. They were accommodating when we asked to switch rooms and even looked after our luggage while we went to the open market.

Breakfast on the top floor was decent, and the views up there were great. This traditional hotel is well located, with comfortable air-conditioned rooms and very friendly staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. We even met a few who spoke German, which we hadn’t expected. Our room had air conditioning and a small minibar. It was very small and old, though, and we were underwhelmed. We were at the far end of the hotel; the bathroom window looked onto some back areas, and its curtain was see-through. The blind’s pull cord was so old it was practically unusable. For what we paid, it wasn’t a good deal. We’ve stayed in much nicer places for less all over tuscany. The price is probably down to being right by the ocean and harbor.

We had a great room overlooking the harbour, where we could sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. On our last morning, we watched the sun come up from there. Breakfast was very nice and had all we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally placed between two gorgeous beaches. We’d definitely return.

The location is handy for both restaurants and the beach, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was fine for sleeping, though nothing special and without a view. Parking takes a bit of a walk: it’s a public area about 500 m from the hotel, not part of the property.
