They cancelled our family booking just 30 minutes before we arrived, leaving us stuck during a busy season. Trying to find somewhere to stay while driving was incredibly frustrating. They offered 25 €, which felt like an extra insult. I'd tell people not to book here, especially if they're travelling with kids.

There's a small museum inside, full of antiques and curiosities. Even though our stay was brief, it felt intense in a good way, thanks to how much passion the owner puts into the experience.

We felt at home chatting over breakfast, and the whole stay was unlike anything we'd experienced before. Andrea was kind and helpful from the start, sharing everything we needed for arrival and answering our questions. Our room was very large and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast room is basically a museum, filled with wonderful finds collected by Andrea, an archaeologist. Hearing him talk about his discoveries and his passion was a real treat. Breakfast was varied and very good, and the location felt peaceful, surrounded by nature while still being conveniently situated. It was such a lovely surprise. We can't wait to come back!
