The pool was spotless and beautifully placed, and the whole property felt calm, tucked into greenery. Fabrizio made our four-day stay feel more like a five-star hotel, with lavish breakfasts, fresh towels and sheets, and daily room cleaning. I’d never had those services at a B&B before. Fabrizio and his wife clearly run the place with real passion and professionalism. Thank you, we’ll be back.

The sea is only a few kilometers away, and there are plenty of charming villages nearby, so it’s easy to enjoy the area while still having a relaxing break. We spent two nights here in August, in a beautiful spot surrounded by greenery, with a pool that fits the property perfectly. It was lovely meeting Fabrizio and his wife. They’re very friendly and happy to offer advice.

Mr. Fabrizio was always ready with suggestions for how to spend the day. We had a pleasant week in the Piceno hills, looked after by the owners in a simple, immaculate setting. Breakfast was plentiful, and the pool was just right for unwinding in the afternoons. Highly recommended.

The owners were incredibly kind and shared loads of useful cultural and food tips. They even booked us some of the best restaurants for quality and price. In the heart of the Piceno hills, we found a little slice of paradise: clean, well-equipped rooms, a welcoming garden, and a pristine pool that was always available. Breakfast had endless choices. A heartfelt thank you to Fabrizio and his wife.

The kids had a blast in the special pool, and we loved having breakfast on the peaceful, relaxing veranda. We stayed for two nights as a family of five, two adults and three children. The rooms were spacious, clean, fragrant, and quiet, and breakfast was rich, varied, and tasty. Fabrizio and his wife were incredibly helpful with everything, and so kind and reliable. Perfection may not exist, but this B&B comes close. Thanks for two short but wonderful days, and a warm hug to you both.
