Casa del Sole worked as a simple, clean and welcoming base for a short stay. The village itself has very little to offer, though its location near Santa Maria di Leuca is handy for exploring the area. The room was clean but the furnishings felt a bit dated. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, which can be inconvenient in summer. There's no elevator, just a stairlift for disabled guests, and you'll need to carry your suitcases yourself. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but the croissants and pasticciotti leccesi were excellent. It was a decent stay overall. The lady who runs this family B&B deserves special mention for being so kind, helpful and attentive to guests' needs.

A fair price for a decent B&B. The room, bathroom and general atmosphere were all practical and efficient. The owner was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good and generous.

The managers were very nice and kind, and treated us so well that we felt like guests in their home. Our rooms were clean, and breakfast was good and plentiful.

The room was small, and the bed was uncomfortable: two small bed frames under one large mattress left an awkward bump in the middle. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling window (I attached a photo), the air conditioning didn't work, and breakfast was poor, with no buffet. The low price is the only reason I gave it 3 stars rather than 2.

We felt right at home, and the owners were both so kind and friendly. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights and had a peaceful, carefree time. Everything was spotless, right down to the smallest detail, and breakfast was excellent, especially the pasticciotti. The location is great for visiting nearby towns like Santa Maria di Leuca and Tricase. Just take care on the country roads after dark, since there's not much lighting. I highly recommend it!
