We were sorry our bike tour schedule only left us a short stay here. The house and its spacious rooms have a lovely holiday feel, with high ceilings, good facilities, and a large private terrace for relaxing in the afternoon or evening. Breakfast is served in a dedicated shared area in the main house, either indoors or in the front garden, depending on the weather. It was healthy and made with local products. Silvana was a warm, sweet host who told us about the region and its history, and introduced us to things we hadn’t come across in our reading. The garden is large, full of flowers and trees, and shared with Eri, the playful setter, and Alfred and Sissi, two very relaxed cats. We were so impressed that we hope to return next year. Fully recommend, and sending a warm hug to Silvana and the pets.

I slept like a log in the comfortable bed, with the air conditioning on. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the shower had great pressure. There was a secure place for my bike, plus tea, coffee, fresh fruit, and those dangerously addictive biscuits in the room. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and juice. The owner proudly explained where the local food came from. The cats stayed outside and didn’t bother us, and the red setter was lovely. I can’t think of a better place.

We parked on the property, which was really convenient, and the location made everything easy: the beach and town center are just a three-minute walk away, with a small supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants nearby. We had a brilliant two-night stay. The owner was lovely and suggested things to do and places to eat. She even booked a table at a restaurant we wanted to try. Our room and bathroom were airy and spacious, with nice decor, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. There was also a little terrace behind the room where we could hang our wet beach clothes and sit out on warm evenings. Breakfast was amazing, with local specialties, yogurt, bread, cheese, fruit, and tomatoes with homemade olive oil. We highly recommend it when visiting Santa Maria di Leuca.

A quiet, relaxing room, wonderful staff, and breakfast with an amazing view. This is the best place to stay in Santa Maria di Leuca. Five stars!
