The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the owner was so kind and attentive to what guests needed. It’s a lovely home surrounded by nature, and a stay here is wonderfully relaxing. Everything was impeccable. We’d recommend it to anyone.

Even a weekend was enough to appreciate this place, though I wish we’d had longer. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and the owner welcomed us with such kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, and the place is clean with impeccable service. Bed Valle Fiorita feels like a real home, with all the comforts. Edda is so kind and friendly, makes you feel at home, and is there if any problems come up.

We slept very comfortably, and the beds had good mattresses. The large terrace and historic Castro dei Volsci were things we liked. I’m sharing my impressions rather than making a complaint about the property’s general condition, and hope this is useful to someone deciding where to stay. The terrace couldn’t really be used during the day. The parasol was so crooked that even a light breeze made it fall over, and without it the heat was too much. The property is shared with a cheese factory. That may sound pleasant, but at least one small truck came through every morning between 4:50 and 5:30, with the reversing beeps seeming to come right through the bedroom. As a light sleeper, I was awake for the rest of the night. Both bedrooms faced that way, so having the windows open at night wasn’t an option either. Vans also came and went during the day. In the Google Maps screenshot, I counted seven vans and two milk trucks under the roof. One kitchen cupboard was completely moldy, especially the cutting boards, which we couldn’t use. We also had a power outage that lasted about 24 hours. I understand that the host wasn’t responsible for the outage itself, but there were no flashlights or candles, no way to keep food cool, and no hot shower. The beach and beach town distances were also far too optimistic. A 40-minute trip could quickly take 80 minutes, which made planning based on that information unsatisfactory. My booking screenshot showed different distances; VRBO didn’t invent them, they came from the host. I used VRBO’s “house” and “2 bedrooms” filters and paid €48 a night. That didn’t seem unusual for a place outside peak season in the middle of nowhere, especially since the sun loungers and parasols had already been taken off the beach in Terracina. I understand that a second room in a B&B can cost as much as the first, but I’d booked and paid for an entire house. When I got the keys, I immediately mentioned that the hostess was still owed money. It was my fault that this hadn’t been sorted out beforehand.
