It’s a beautiful historic building in a lively old town street, which also makes it rather noisy at night. The place gets a lot of sun, so the AC has to keep running, and the mattresses are a bit soft. I’d certainly recommend it for younger guests.

Our room had a balcony over the beautiful old streets of Catania, and a four-metre ceiling with a baroque feel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurants are everywhere, and there’s a fish market 200 metres away, with no fishy smell. The host was very pleasant and speaks and understands English. Highly recommended.

The furniture in this B&B has so much charm, and Carlo was a real star, super friendly. I loved staying here: the room was in amazing shape, with two balconies, and the bathroom was really modern. I’m already looking forward to coming back.
