The room was basic and not especially modern, but very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We were there for just one night, only a few hours, and everything went smoothly. A very friendly, smiling girl welcomed us after midnight, showed us the room, and pointed out that we could make coffee in the small kitchen outside. A taxi can get you to the apartment easily for 25 euro, and late check-in is allowed for just 10 euro extra.

We had a view of Etna from our room, which also had a balcony. The rooms were very clean and each had air conditioning. Our hostess was friendly and helpful, and private parking was available at no extra cost. There was an Italian-style breakfast and excellent coffee, with a grocery store, restaurants, and pubs close by.
