B&B Verga

We only stayed one night, but the owner was helpful right from the start. The B&B was clean, and our room with four bedrooms was reasonably spacious.

The owner made our stay really pleasant, and the rooms were tidy and clean. We had a great time at B&B Verga and would happily recommend it.

The neighborhood was peaceful, with a grocery store close by, and the property was spotless. There’s also a kitchen with modern appliances that worked well. I had a very quiet, comfortable room and slept soundly, with a small terrace outside. Antonio was so friendly and helpful. The shower water was only lukewarm, but that was a small issue next to everything else. I’d love to come back.

I’d praised the owner before for being kind and helpful, the clean, well-kept property, the spacious room, and the central but quiet location. My experience changed on December 31st. I had booked a room in early December 2025, and the reservation was confirmed. As agreed, I contacted him that morning to arrange a time. Around noon he called to say he couldn’t provide the room because of a bathroom problem. He apologized and said he’d find me somewhere else, but in the end I slept on a friend’s couch. It’s a shame to assume the worst, though quite often you turn out to be right. Those are just the facts.
