Andrea made things easy from the start. He let us check in early, kept our luggage in the common area after check-out, and was friendly and quick to answer questions. The room was spotless, nicely designed and had everything we needed. We could walk to the main attractions, with good restaurants and bars nearby. We had an excellent stay and would happily recommend it.

The service was amazing, and the place looks just like the photos ❤️ It’s a historic building, while the room itself is modern and very clean. The center is about a 10-15 minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend it.

The kitchen and other shared areas were clean, and the room was mediocre. The hostel is very close to the center of Catania. What ruined the stay was the management rushing us out: checkout was at 10:00am, and at 10:02 someone came into the room without knocking while we still had our backpacks in hand. Even if a guest is late, that’s a terrible attitude. I own a room myself, and I can say two minutes past checkout shouldn’t be a big deal for a host. I wouldn’t recommend the place, though that’s just my opinion :)

The owner kept us well informed and was very active. The place was clean, the beds were nice, and the location was good. A very good place to stay overall.
