We rented the whole apartment and had first said there would be 13 of us, then 14, which was still within the stated maximum of 14 people. Even so, the owner wanted to charge another 40€ for the extra person. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, and what was there was just an inflatable pool that wasn’t even made available to us. One room’s air conditioner didn’t work. Sergio, the owner, said it had just broken and he hadn’t had time to fix it. We later found online reviews saying it had been broken for months. The couple in that room found it too hot to stay, and couldn’t open the window, so they had to find somewhere else. Sergio said several times that he was checking with Airbnb about our refund, but kept putting it off until the deadline to leave a review had passed. Our refund request was declined, and we still haven’t received any refund. This host is a scammer, cheater, and liar. I highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague!

The room had no A/C, just an old, noisy fan that didn’t help us. The woman at reception couldn’t speak English. Sergio, the owner, was very kind, though.

Without A/C, the room’s humidity was over 50% higher than outside, around 65% or more in the room versus 40% outdoors.
