The location was perfect, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We especially liked the lovely deck. The staff were excellent and helped with all our questions. I’d definitely recommend it!

A big thank you from us, Gracie. Owners like you help give Italy a good reputation. They took time to explain the house amenities and rules, the area, and even left us a map. Communication was exemplary, and they also clean during your stay. The place was very secure and exceptionally clean, in a fantastic, central spot. The beds were comfortable too, which I really appreciated with my bad back. The air conditioning is powerful if you need it.

We stayed for five days and didn't get any cleaning or fresh towels. The kitchen was basic too, with no salt or pepper, and no wine glasses, even though they kindly left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The apartment is right on Catania's main street, so it's central, but there's not enough insulation to keep out the traffic noise. You can hear everything, and if you're a light sleeper, it's hard to get a good night's rest without earplugs.

The room was large and clean, and could be a nice place if you don't mind getting up at 7 am or earlier. Workers outside the window started making a lot of noise at 7 am. The hotel also asked us to book directly with them instead of through Booking.com, to avoid a bad review. That's crazy service. You only find out about the morning noise once you're there 😢
