We paid more than the area average expecting a pleasant stay, but my girlfriend didn't sleep well during any of our four nights. The bedroom door and window were old wood and wouldn't close properly, so scooters and neighbors came through clearly. People upstairs were up at 4:30 am, walking and talking. There were no mosquito nets, and several mosquitoes got in at night. The bathroom was okay, and I was surprised the hot water lasted as long as I needed it. They did provide coffee and tea, but I would much rather have had a good night's sleep. I also found the photos a little misleading: the apartment we got was very basic.

A very good hotel, though it doesn't serve breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine on arrival, along with something sweet for breakfast, plus coffee and tea. The apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen equipment, a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. It was stocked like a hotel room too, with soap, shampoo, hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, and more. The whole apartment was spotless, and even the renovated staircase was clean and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa bed for sleeping. These are really nice apartments in central Catania, and I highly recommend them 👌👍

Right by the center of Catania, the apartment has a great location. It felt warm and welcoming, with lovely attention to detail. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend staying here and will definitely come back.
