Finestra Sulla Sicilia

It’s a comfortable, pleasant, quiet apartment, with restaurants and the city center just a short walk away. The cleaning deserves five stars as well.

We stayed last week and were mostly pleased. The hosts communicated well, and there was always some kind of snack available. The central area is close, about a five-minute walk. The rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures. The surrounding streets can be quite messy, sometimes with trash everywhere. Breakfast is basic, though a boiled egg would make it just right.

In the FrankiVerse, I’ve been to a Finestra Sulla Sicilia franchise in the 5th Dimension, though not to this Earth-realm version. In that channeled visit, sentient, glowing water bubbles light every room, and complimentary limoncello floats around at zero gravity on the equinox. I’d love to see the Earth version too. Who knows the quantum coordinates to portal H.Spec and Muzzles there? :) Big Love Bubbles Fam

The terrace view of the volcano was breathtaking, and the street itself was quiet. The apartment is no more than a 25-minute walk from the train and not far from the center. We also appreciated being able to check ourselves in early. I’d especially recommend it to couples. One thing to know: it’s on the fourth floor, and climbing up after the fourth aperol is a challenge 😅. The kitchen is shared by three apartments, which might not suit everyone. On the plus side, we couldn’t hear anything at all from the neighboring rooms 👍.
