The owner was amazing and easy to work with, a 10/10. The two bedroom, two bathroom flat was just right for a weekend, about 15 minutes from the center of Catania. It's clean, really spacious, and spread over two floors. There are three tables or desks to use if you need to work.
It's a fairly easy walk to the center, around 15 minutes, and the place was clean and spacious. Arranging things with the host was straightforward. Parking took a bit of figuring out; we ended up at parcheggio europa, which wasn't super close but cost only 6 euros for 24 hours.
A lovely, comfortable place right in the heart of catania. It was beautiful, and the price was very reasonable.
Thanks for the late check-in and late check-out. Everyone was nice and friendly. Many thanks!
The apartment itself is nice, but the cleanliness really needs work. Limescale covered the bathroom and kitchen, and the showerhead was nearly unusable, with water coming out of just one small hole. For our 14-night stay, we got only one roll of toilet paper. The sheets and towels were very old and dirty, and a couple had black marks that looked like mold. The owner replies to messages only now and then, and often late. I wouldn't recommend it.
