This Bed & Breakfast is right in the city centre, which was very convenient, and the rooms were clean with lovely decor. Still, I had a few frustrating moments. Check-in was at 11 AM, but I didn't receive the check-in information until noon. Breakfast was included, but you get it at a nearby café: one coffee and one pastry. That may not be enough for most people looking for a proper breakfast. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, either, and the hotel was noisy. I'd say it's fine for one night, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer holiday.

The room at I Vespri was quaint, cool and nicely decorated, and check-in was easy with very nice staff. There are plenty of stairs, so keep that in mind, though it was fine for us. The location is outstanding, with everything within easy walking distance. We'd highly recommend staying here in Catania!

The location is good, but I'd only stay here if I couldn't find or afford somewhere better nearby. Getting in and out means dealing with lots of stairs and no elevator. The rooms are very basic, and quite a few things don't work or seem poorly maintained, like the clogged shower. During a heat wave, even the water available in the kitchen was hot. Very basic accommodation.

The people in charge were caring, and we could use the kitchen for free and make tea whenever we liked. The historic places are all around, which makes the surroundings perfect. Breakfast was poor, though. It could be a good budget option for people who don't have much money to spend on a hotel.

We stayed one night with my family. The residence is in the city centre, near the monuments, Catania's main road, and lots of restaurants and coffee places. The staff were very kind and ready to help, but the room wasn't so good. It felt dirty and wasn't well lit, and the furniture was very old. Breakfast, served at a coffee place next to the residence, was poor.
