Live & Love Catania

I've stayed here a couple of times over the past few months. The host and her family are lovely and do everything they can for you. The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. I'd highly recommend this property.

The host was especially kind and welcoming, and helped me sort out several problems during my stay. I'd choose this place again if I return to Catania. I spent a very enjoyable month here, and would gladly recommend it to anyone. The apartment was peaceful, clean, and comfortable, with a large, comfy bed, fridge, and roomy wardrobe. I had everything I needed. The kitchen was well set up too, with an oven, microwave, and induction cooktop, handy for making my own meals. Bus stops and supermarkets were very close, including Lidl and Deco, so everyday errands were easy.

We found free parking on the street, via Salvatore Paola, every evening. There are free spaces on one side and paid blue-line spaces on the other. The apartment for four was modern and very clean, with comfortable beds and a large south-facing balcony, plus blinds and curtains for anyone who prefers to keep things cool. The kitchen area had a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker. The hosts were very kind and gave us a thoughtful welcome with useful tips about Sicily. The location by the botanical garden was ideal: we could walk to the center and shops, and there were two supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, cafes, and tobacco shops within about five minutes.

I only stayed a short time in Catania, but the welcome here left me feeling really grateful. The owners were attentive from the start, with genuine smiles, thoughtful advice, and help that went well beyond what I expected. They made me feel at home. The B&B has bright, tastefully furnished rooms, with little details that evoke Sicilian stories. Its atmosphere brings together quiet and energy, privacy and openness. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting more than just a bed for the night, but a sense of connection, beauty, and human warmth. It reminded me how generous Italian hospitality can be, and how good it feels to be truly welcomed.
