The rooms are a good size, and that view is beautiful. The owner is a great guy and will help however he can 👌. The noise from Nettuno piazza was the one downside 🙉

The owner was very kind, which makes it hard to leave a negative review, but the room felt very dated and the shower was small and rusty. Street noise kept us awake at night. Also, the B&B is on the ninth floor, a problem for someone like me who doesn't use elevators. If that had been mentioned, I could have avoided three anxious days of my vacation.

The view is truly breathtaking, and the place is clean and comfortable. In terms of location, I'd give the B&B five stars. But a few small things left a sour taste. My friends and I were charged €1 for one coffee during our two-night stay, even though we'd paid in advance in cash and had asked for no breakfast. The owner had also promised us a complimentary bottle of mineral water, but it never appeared. It's a shame that little things like these can damage the place's reputation.

The sea and Mount Etna look stunning from the terrace. The B&B is on the ninth, top floor of an apartment building, and I think guests should be told that since not everyone likes being so high up. Inside, it's a basic place that's been renovated, though not extensively, and the shower could do with some work.
