When I unexpectedly got sick during my stay at Sisto Exclusivo Rooms, the staff checked on me regularly and made sure I had what I needed to recover comfortably. They treated me like family, and their kindness made a stressful situation feel cared for. As a solo traveler, feeling safe mattered to me, and the concierge went out of their way to help. Their local advice was useful, and their food recommendations led me to some of the best Sicilian food I've tasted. The location, right in the heart of Catania, was captivating. The historic streets, architecture and lively atmosphere made me feel like I'd stepped back in time. It even felt like I was in The Equalizer 3, waiting to see Denzel sipping tea at one of the street tables. Inside, though, the rooms were beautifully modern and had the comforts of home. I can't say enough good things about my stay. Sisto Exclusivo Rooms has historical charm, modern comfort and heartfelt hospitality. I'll definitely come back and recommend this hidden gem to everyone I know. Five stars, without a doubt!

The hotel is clean and quiet, and you'd never guess it's so close to the center. Service was 10/10. They helped us check in quite late, though reception closes at night, so contact them if your flight is delayed. We chatted on WhatsApp, and the instructions for getting in were crystal clear. The receptionist also helped us work out the best way to travel to Cefalu for our next trip. Highly recommend.

The outside looks shabby, but inside the hotel is very new and clean, so don't let the exterior put you off. Giovanni was patient and enthusiastic when showing me the room and explaining nearby transport and restaurants. The one downside is that you have to contact the hotel ahead of time, or you won't be able to get in.

The room was lovely and clean, with a frigobar, though the outside of the building isn't very attractive. We received plenty of instructions and videos to make check-in easy. They also helped us rent a parking space nearby, which was easy to access, and gave us great suggestions for places to visit.

The location was great, and the rooms were comfortable. We arrived in the middle of the night, and they welcomed us. The service was very good, and breakfast was delicious. I'm glad I picked this place for my family.
