Prestige B&B

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the surroundings were clean. A very pleasant experience.

The place was very clean, with a friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

The one good thing was that the room was clean and the towels were changed regularly. Otherwise, it was a big disappointment and poor value for money. We stayed a week with friends, but the water was mostly cold, so we managed to get a hot shower on only two days, even after mentioning it several times. The lighting in the room was dim, the bathroom had few amenities and no shampoo, and breakfast was very poor, barely adequate.

We had three rooms last week for our large group, and they were reasonably comfortable. Valeria was very generous and helpful, perhaps a little too helpful, but the bathrooms were a serious problem. They're dated and very small, and we were repeatedly told, both verbally and in writing, not to flush even the smallest bit of paper because there are bins for it. It's unpleasant to share a room and then the sight and smell of dirty toilet paper. One of our reserved rooms also had a fault, leaving us with a dirty shower and excrement leaking from the bathroom drain. The owner had been told when we arrived, but it was only repaired that afternoon. She suggested that the occupants use bathrooms in our other rooms instead of offering an available alternative. We'd thought about staying another night, but this affected our stay significantly. A hotel can't have outdated, inadequate bathroom drainage systems.
