The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was great, with cakes, coffee, tea, milk, cereals, and seasonal fruit. The downside was the loud traffic noise from XX Settembre Street. On Sunday I also waited more than 30 minutes at the door before the receptionist arrived.

There was a drain smell every time the toilet was flushed, and the wardrobe had screws sticking out. The water pump made an awful racket, so out of respect for other guests, you basically couldn’t flush at night. The shower and toilet drains were completely inadequate, leaving you standing in water while showering. The pricing and tourist tax also lacked honesty and transparency. Strongly not recommended.

The managers were very available and friendly, but the rooms and facilities are small, and the elevator often gets stuck. It needs more cleaning too. Breakfast at a nearby bar is apparently their responsibility, but you still have to pay €1.50 to use the buffet.

The welcome was warm, and the room looked out onto the main street. The staff were both friendly and professional. A really pleasant stay, and one I’d repeat next summer.

A very welcoming place with affordable prices and great value for money. I’d come back.
