The noise from the street kept me from sleeping, and the hot tub was dirty, with dirt and hair coming through the jets. There was mold on the walls too. The neighborhood also felt questionable, and after being told someone would meet me, I waited more than an hour for anyone to arrive. Breakfast was advertised as included, but I was given no information or anything for it. Parking was supposedly included as well, yet I was just told where to leave the car and got a ticket the next morning. I travel often, and for the first time I felt scammed by BOOKING.COM. They did nothing to help with a property they advertise. AVOID AT ANY COST!!

The place felt elegant and was clean, and the jacuzzi was really spacious. The staff were so kind, and it was excellent value for money.

We stayed just one night in the Red Suite on February 26, 2024, and the price really wasn't justified by the experience. The jacuzzi and shower had no hot water, and the TV had neither channels nor Netflix. There wasn't even hand soap in the bathroom, just a partly used bottle of shower gel. For two guests there was only one coffee pod. Snacks were listed in the ad, but there weren't any, only two bottles of water in the fridge. We tried to reach the manager and still haven't heard back. A complete lack of professionalism.

The location is nice, and the girl did apologize, but the whole arrival and room setup was a mess. We waited outside for an hour and a half even though I'd booked. I'd asked to have balloons put up for an occasion, and after that long wait we had to wait another 20 minutes while they decorated. The worst part was that the girl explained in front of my wife that she still needed to decorate, then brought the supplies downstairs where my wife could see them. It was meant to be a surprise, so it was all ruined. When I asked why this had happened, she said the colleague who took my order and spoke with me was on vacation and had forgotten to pass on the details. There was only a little shower gel in the shower and no hand soap either. I don't want to discredit the place, but they could put in more effort and get better organized. I think they will.
