A Moka Pot was a nice touch for coffee drinkers, and the flat has all the utensils you need. It’s budget friendly and I’d recommend it to groups planning to hike Mt Etna, eat Sicilian food, or explore Catania. The location is great, near restaurants and major attractions, and the rooms are spacious with good AC. A couple of downsides: neither of the two bathrooms has a lock, there were no extra tissues, and no soap or shampoo was provided.
The owner was easy to contact and spoke English too. The apartment is well located near the castle and Piazza Duomo, with spacious rooms and nice, climate-controlled decor. The kitchen and both bathrooms are fully equipped. I recommend it.
The people were so welcoming, especially the owner, who was always available whenever we needed something. The apartment is close to the piazza, market, and bakery, and the laundry was on a level. I could only stay one night at ursino rooms because they were booked for the other days, but everything was nice. If I return to Catania, I’d definitely choose this place again.
The owner was friendly, and the rooms were spacious. It’s only a few minutes from the city centre. The apartment feels a bit dated, but it was clean and very cozy. We did miss having wine glasses.
It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the city centre, and everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay in a spacious, comfortable house, with friendly staff ready to help at any time of day. We’d happily do it again!
