The rooms are always clean and smell fresh, and the owner is a lovely person who's consistently helpful. Excellent, helpful owner. I highly recommend it for solo travelers.

A nice place.

Everything was great. I'd only suggest adding a mini fridge, which you find in rental rooms nowadays, and perhaps leaving a bottle of water for guests when they arrive.

I'd read lots of reviews across several sites before booking, and I think some people judged this honest guesthouse by comparing it with hotels or starred places that clearly offer different amenities. Taken for what it is, though, it's a good-value, affordable option. The owner was very attentive and accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late at no extra cost, without needing us to ask twice, and gave us genuinely useful information about the area. For us, it's a top choice and highly recommended. See you next time, and thanks, Sandro.
