We came for three days for my son's soccer tournament. The hotel was clean, the food was excellent, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. I'd gladly return. The waitresses were kind and cheerful, especially Noemi, who was especially good and kind.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to the sea and the main promenade. We enjoyed the food, and having drinks available throughout the day was definitely a bonus. There are a couple of things that could be better: the rooms feel a little dated, and meals aren't planned very well, so the lines often get long.

We had everything we needed for a holiday here, from cleanliness and relaxation to good food, a warm welcome, and a family feel. The owner, Margherita, is cheerful and welcoming, and the food was excellent, with a wide choice from chef Ciro. Noemi and Jason were also very good and kind as waiters. The whole team made me feel pampered, and I'll definitely be back. The location was excellent too, just steps from Via Dante and all the shops and entertainment for adults and children. Thanks to everyone on staff for looking after me.

Management changed this year. The hotel is still a simple, comfortable, clean place, well located near the beach and just a few steps from lively Via Dante. The 24-hour self-service water is always welcome. The food was good and varied enough, and the rooms and bathrooms stayed clean, with towels and linens changed often. The dining room service, though, needs a real overhaul, and the staff need more oversight. Breakfast cups, water jugs, and plates were often missing. Two young workers handled meal service, one inexperienced and the other not used to prioritizing. Buffet trays weren't refilled or reset promptly, and guests were left to serve themselves from shallow trays. Some dishes didn't even have suitable serving cutlery. The night porter was also supposed to cover the bar, but was often absent, leaving guests to look for him around the hotel. He also paid little attention to clearing dirty cups and glasses from the outdoor tables, even during the day. It wasn't a dramatic stay, and the current owner is young, so I think he can take this criticism to heart.
