The rooms were filthy, the beds uncomfortable, and we barely slept. The maid was cleaning outside our room at 6:45 in the morning. There was no hot water, no bedside cabinet, and the balcony and room doors didn't lock securely. We won't stay again. The rooms felt like stepping back 60 years, despite being sold as oceanview deluxe, and there was nothing deluxe about them. The facilities were terrible. Staff and the owner seemed focused on getting money from us for dinner. You also have to pay €10 for an extra towel. When we asked for one, the owner said you'd pay a lot more for a towel in London. Very rude. The only thing they seemed to care about was selling the evening meal. Overall, disgusting. Please avoid it, there are many better hotels in the area.

I was there for MotoGp and a few days of sightseeing. The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was the one weak point. There were too many sugary cakes for my taste, and I would have appreciated some poached eggs on toast.

You can see the sea from the window or balcony in every room, which is amazing. The Diplomat Marine Hotel is right beside the beach, so it's easy to get there. The staff were friendly, nice, and qualified.

The furniture is very old, and there was no fridge or Wi-Fi in the room. Parking through the hotel costs 10 euros a day, which didn't feel like a friendly price after I'd already booked a room. 🙄

The atmosphere at this hotel is wonderful, the service is really nice, and the food is very good. It's the best hotel in the area!!! I recommend it! ❤️❤️❤️
