Paolo is so kind and friendly that he makes you feel at home. The staff are welcoming too, and the room was clean, with free TV and WIFI. It’s only a few meters from the sea, breakfast is plentiful, and the quality for the price is excellent. Cleanliness, simplicity, and friendliness are real strengths here.

Paolo, the owner, is a real professional and very helpful with any questions or concerns. He and his staff can also arrange meals from several restaurants, delivered to the hotel at reasonable prices. Breakfast is excellent, and the beach is well equipped, at about 17 euros a day. The hotel is in a quiet spot about 100 miles from the beach and 2 minutes from Gabbie Mare, with nightlife and shops around 700 meters away. Congratulations, 5 stars! Everything was fine, and it’s a very nice place.

Paolo makes the stay with his kind, helpful manner and constant smile. The place is simple, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms, and it’s a peaceful spot to relax for even a few days. The seafront, with its bathrooms and lounges, is 100 meters away. It would suit families, seniors, couples, and younger guests.

The owners are friendly and willing to accommodate guests’ requests, and breakfast is generous with a good variety. The rooms are clean and welcoming, though I missed a coat rack for jackets or bags, towel racks, and shelves in the bathroom. It’s a hotel converted into a B&B with good quality services, and the value for money is excellent.
