It’s only a one-minute walk to the beach, and the residence is clean with new furniture. The building itself could use some renovation. One day each week they put on a big buffet lunch with drinks.

The location is handy for the sea and nearby amenities, and Serena was incredibly kind. Still, after three years staying here, we left feeling unwelcome. The owner always seemed reluctant for no clear reason, and when our parking fee was discounted in the second year, it wasn’t in the third, although the fee had been clearly stated at booking. The space they gave us was plainly unsuitable and difficult to get out of. Over our two weeks it collected tree debris and resin, and we had to clear most of it ourselves before driving to the highway. No one helped or even apologized. There were problems in the apartments, but we never complained. The musty smell was there each year, including in the mattresses, even though we arrived at the start of the season. We aired things out and used special products. We also found a dirty kitchen potholder full of holes and useless. I can’t understand the hostility toward our family, especially after we kept coming back. Respect and good service matter, particularly when guests have had several inconveniences. It’s a shame, because there’s potential here, but a little more humility would help.
