The rooms feel dated, more like the 1980s than a place advertised as four-star. Our stay was uncomfortable: the shower had very weak pressure, the beds were hard, and in 32°C heat the air conditioning blew hot air and made the room even warmer. The corridor was cooler. We had a balcony, so we had to sleep with the door wide open for some breeze. My mother booked another room and had the same awful experience. Neither of us slept well. I wouldn’t stay here in summer, though it might be passable in cooler weather. There seems to be a pool, but there isn’t one. The children's water park is across the road.

The room was clean, ready when we arrived a little after 2 pm, and had the beds we’d requested plus a spacious balcony. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The coffee was good too. It’s in a quiet location, and driving makes it easy to get around. Parking was free and secure. I don’t really understand the negative reviews here. 100% recommend staying!

The hotel is overrated. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the trash hadn’t been collected, and the terrace floor was dirty. The air conditioner switched on by itself as soon as we entered, and we ended up freezing.

There was a big ahh roach in our room. The room was dirty and had a weird smell, and the AC was broken, so it was hot as hell.

The kitchen staff were the one bright spot. They were kind and helpful when I asked about allergies. The rest of my stay at Eurocongressi Hotel near Lake Garda was a real letdown. It’s advertised as four-star, but felt more like two-star at best. Our room was dirty, with a ripped carpet, marks on the walls, and a broken door handle. The shower barely worked, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the mattress was rock hard. One lift was out of order, with no warning signs. When we needed help with transport, staff were rude and unhelpful. They also tried to charge us €25 for a taxi we never took. At check-in I had to sign a document in Italian that nobody would explain. Poor service all around, and definitely not worth what we paid. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
