Hotel Romantic

I was astonished by how rude and uninterested they seemed in the customer experience. The service was fine as long as I followed instructions. I wanted to work at a corner table in the restaurant, but was told I couldn't sit there even though nobody else was in the room. Instead, they offered me a cold, ugly room with no furnishings. The next day I was outside and got told to leave a table because they wanted it for lunch, although the place was empty again. I wasn't in anyone's way, but was directed to sit in a corner by the door. There was no attempt to understand, help or find a compromise. The attitude was simply that the rules were the rules and customers had to do as they were told.

We stayed for one night on our way to Sardinia and are already planning to come back next year. The pool was amazing, the hotel was great, and the staff were very professional. They even saved the toys we left behind. We can only recommend it, and thank you again for that!

The staff were welcoming and very professional, and they even gave us some sweet cookies as a gift when we left. The continental breakfast was delicious. Our room and bathroom were super clean, with all the furnishings, and parking was included for free. The location is great if you're driving, close to everything. Check-out was around 11:00.

Breakfast was good and the service was nice. The rooms are simple but have balconies, and the hotel itself is nice. Dinner was a letdown, though. We could only choose the daily menu, and at twenty four Euro per person it felt completely overpriced. Every dish lacked flavor and was just simple side dishes. We regret having dinner at hotel romantic.
