There were spider webs in the apartment, and we took photos. It wasn’t as clean as they claim, yet they charged extra for everything. Cleaning cost €90, which is far too much, especially since we had to strip the beds, take out the trash, and leave the apartment clean ourselves. We also had to pay €36 per day separately to use the kitchen. Towels and bed sheets weren’t provided and cost extra, and we only found all this out when we arrived. I rented several apartments for a week at an agreed price, but on arrival they charged us for bed linens, a €200 deposit, €90 for linens per apartment, and €90 for cleaning. The staff were extremely irritable and impolite, and we found the service very poor and the quality consistently low. They behaved very rudely, very… like communists. I do not recommend it at all. We didn’t like the place and won’t ever come back.

The location is good, but the customer service was deplorable. With the bizarre rules and penalties for everything, it felt like the communist era, and the guests weren’t treated nicely. For example, bed sheets and towels weren’t included. At checkout, we had to take out the garbage and bring back the dirty laundry, even though they charged a 90euro cleaning fee. I can’t recommend this experience to anyone, despite the good location. For the same price, you could stay at a real hotel and have a completely different, better experience. It’s 2025, and I’ve never had this kind of accommodation experience in my life. :/

The bed gave way three times while we were there, and someone could have been hurt. Trying to relax in a place that calls itself decent, then having the bed collapse on you, is unacceptable. The furniture was unstable throughout. The price didn’t cover basics like towels, bedding, or extra toilet paper. The hosts were extremely rude and hard to communicate with. I felt as if every little thing I did came with a charge, including using the kitchen, which cost up to €36 a day. I wouldn’t return, and I’d recommend avoiding it. The conditions were terrible.

Using the kitchen, including the oven supplied with the apartment, cost €36 per day. In my opinion, you should stay somewhere else. For the same price, you could find another hotel, even a four-star one, with what you need and less to worry about. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
