Hotel Panorama

For 17 days, while working on the 2026 Olympics in Predaco and Tesero, Panorama felt more like staying with family than being away from home. The owner Marliesa, waitress Rea, and chef Lorenzo all helped make it that way, with their kindness, humor, hospitality, and readiness to help. The vintage furniture, lighting, interior, and delicious food added to the cozy feeling. There’s a spacious shared room as well as the bedrooms, with good Wi-Fi, a TV, and a place to work alongside other guests. It’s a nice chance to meet people and share impressions, then have a beer together in the evening after a hard day. Do try dinner at the hotel: it was delicious every time, and the dishes changed enough that some were things I’d never even heard of. Breakfast also kept me going for the whole next day. The host is kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is fantastic. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location.

The room was a little small but perfectly clean, and the location worked perfectly for our ski trip. What really won me over was the hospitality. The owner and all the staff were so kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond when we needed help with things that had nothing to do with the hotel. There are also discounts on rentals at Alpe Cermis ski resort, for anyone coming to ski. This place stole my heart.

Even when I’m here on my own, this is my favorite place in Cavalese because it feels like being with family. Mrs. Marilisa is so friendly and generous with guests, she makes you feel like one of her own.
