Hotel Sporting Cermis

Getting ready to ski was so easy and exciting with the hotel right on the slope. The stay itself was amazing too. Everyone on the staff was kind, smiling, and ready to help with questions or anything we needed. We had a nearly impossible request, a last minute four night stay in peak season. From my first contact with the hotel, especially Martina, her availability and communication made us feel we'd found the right place. She managed to find us a room for exactly the dates we needed.

We ate only at the outside restaurant and liked the food, atmosphere and view. We arrived an hour before closing, and they asked us to hurry with our order because “the chef will be angry.” That caught us off guard. Apart from that, everything was fine.

We asked if we could have a drink and sit there, and you said yes. Then, while we were having lunch with our four year old child at 1:30 pm, you came back and told us to leave. We hadn't said we'd have lunch there, and I suppose that was difficult to guess, though the place was almost empty. Being asked to go was maybe still okay, but you were so rude.

The staff made us feel cared for throughout our stay at Hotel Sporting del Cermis. Anna and Laura, our hosts, kept things running smoothly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The wellness area was great after skiing, and we also enjoyed the sauna, pool table and table tennis. The hotel has a special atmosphere, and you can tell the whole team works hard to make guests' stays memorable. Antonio, the kitchen chef, deserves special thanks. His dishes were outstanding, made with passion and top quality ingredients. Dana was attentive, friendly and professional as our waiter, so dining was always a pleasure. Andrea made the bar feel welcoming, served great drinks, and made amazing Negronis and Espresso Martinis. Corin made amazing coffee and brought a lovely positive attitude each day. Try her special Bombardino Calimero apres-ski. From the moment we arrived, the mountain setting, warm atmosphere and service made us feel at home. We'll definitely return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.
