Casa Lola

The neighborhood around Casa Lola is so peaceful, with a canal and a park full of flowering trees nearby for a stroll. There's a little garden too, beautifully kept, where my daughter and I spent our evenings playing on the grass. The nearest shop is only a five-minute walk away. Marina and Mario are warm, welcoming hosts, and just talking with them felt worth 20 stars. They also leave guests a really helpful folder full of information, including ferry timetables, printed restaurant and cafe maps, taxi and airport phone numbers, and much more. We stayed at the end of July after booking seven months earlier in January, when the place was already nearly full for summer. The apartment went well beyond what we expected. It felt like staying in a generous host's own home, not an ordinary rental. Everything was tastefully decorated, clean, and in top condition, with new furniture and appliances that all worked perfectly. Lovely little touches gave it a cozy feel. The kitchen had a coffee machine plus sweets and desserts for guests. Each person had at least five to seven sparkling white towels in different sizes. For our small child, the hosts had a cot, high chair, toys, and books for different ages. Our child especially loved the soft teddy bear. I've never seen guests cared for so thoughtfully. We traveled to different countries and cities that month, but whenever we went into another apartment or hotel, we thought fondly of Marina, Mario, and their lovely Casa Lola. It's a rare find in Italy to get a place with absolutely everything you need for a holiday, and this one has it. Our ground-floor apartment was all ours and huge for four people, with a separate room for the children. It was lovingly furnished and equipped down to the smallest detail, just as shown in the pictures. We felt very welcome, and would happily return. The Casa Lola residence is unique, though getting a booking through Booking.com or Airbnb takes luck. It's in Treporti, right by a canal, and very peaceful and well maintained. From here Venice is close, and Punta Sabbioni, where the boats to Venice leave, is easy to reach. A lovely cycle path runs by the property, making a circular bike route easy to start, and there are lots of places to visit nearby. Jesolo is 15 km away.

Marina was especially thoughtful about making the apartment suitable for children. It's tastefully furnished and has every comfort, and the location makes it easy to walk to the town center. The owner and her husband are exceptionally helpful people. I had a wonderful time, and even that doesn't quite say it. If I could give ten stars, I would. Highly recommend it.

There's a well-kept garden outside and parking nearby. For the beach, they've left an umbrella and several sand toys. Kids can also use the toys and games indoors. The kitchen is packed with dishes, plates, glasses, and mugs, and has a Lavazza coffee machine. The beds in the rooms are large and comfortable. A fantastic spot for a quiet, relaxing break, with every detail carefully taken care of.
