La Brigata Apartments Orange House

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartments were clean, nicely furnished, and well organized, and the children had a large, well kept garden to enjoy. Tania was cheerful, attentive, and always ready to help her guests.

The green garden is a lovely place to relax in peace, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Tania is so kind and hospitable that we felt right at home. Thank you, and see you soon!

Orange House is a great fit if you want quiet and relaxation while still being close to the beach, about 15 minutes by bike or 5 by car. We loved the bicycles available during our stay, and the owners were wonderful. One morning they gave us a basket of seasonal vegetables they’d grown themselves. The house in Cavallino sits in a beautiful, well-kept garden and is tastefully furnished with recycled pieces typical of the Venice area. It had everything we needed. If we return to Cavallino Treporti in the Venetian lagoon, away from the bustle of nearby Jesolo, this will be our first choice.

There’s a rooster next door, and it crows unpredictably: sometimes a little, more often in the mornings, sometimes in the afternoon, and at night too, loud or quiet. I feel sorry for the very dedicated landlady. I’d like to give this four stars, but can’t in good conscience. We stayed at the end of October. The brick and concrete floor may have its charm, though I think a few rugs would help. In my opinion, dishes and cutlery should look nice, be decent quality, and be plentiful. Having just one wine glass seems inadequate. It’s interesting that the owners built everything themselves, but unfortunately, you can tell.
