Martino is fantastic: welcoming, distinguished, friendly, and really attentive to making guests happy. I’d give it more than five stars if I could. The property is very well kept, with a comfortable, spotless bathroom and room. There’s air conditioning, lots of light, and a lovely fresh smell. Excellent value and quality. I’ll definitely be back.

The location was ideal, close to Lecce and the seaside, with shops, shopping centers, and a great bakery nearby. The bakery is run by very friendly Argentinians, and their focaccias and lace are unforgettable. Everything was perfect, you have to see it to believe it! This was a lovely stay in a welcoming place. The legendary Martino looked after us throughout the vacation, with pasticciotto Leccese for breakfast, friendly chats, and tips on where to go. You even prepare breakfast yourself, which feels just like home. The kitchen is fully equipped for any time of day. That’s true Apulian hospitality. Highly recommended.

We found parking easily on the surrounding streets in October. Within a 10-minute walk there was a bar, supermarket, tobacconist, rotisserie chicken, pizzeria, hardware store, and more. The owner was kind and helpful. The house was spacious, clean, and quiet, with no other guests. Our room had a refrigerator, TV, and bathroom, and the WiFi worked excellently.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and was welcomed with warmth and professionalism each time. It’s an excellent place, very close to Lecce and easy to reach on foot. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. When I stay in Lecce, I always choose B&B Castromediano.
