Podere Tre Termini Country Resort

There are lots of picturesque towns nearby, and the sea is only a few minutes away by car. The surroundings are beautiful, and there’s a swimming pool right at the property. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning in our apartment. I don’t know if the others have it, but the large outdoor pool helped make up for it.

The owner is a lovely, friendly woman. The property is peaceful and surrounded by nature, about a 15-minute drive from the town center, with the nearest shops around five minutes away by car. Our three-story holiday home had a terrace and a lawn where the kids could play. The rooms were comfortably furnished, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. The pool was covered because of the cold weather, but there was a great little play area tucked among lovely olive trees, with slides, a swing, and a playhouse. Cypress trees line the driveway.

The only real issue was how much noise came through the walls from neighboring units. The garden is lovely, and the driveway has a lot of charm. Tucked behind greenery, the accommodation is simple, clean, and has everything you need.

The owner was very kind and welcoming, and the property is well located with a beautiful garden. The accommodation itself was rather uncomfortable, though. The bed wasn’t comfortable, the sofa was very uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was just average.
