It's got everything you need, and the location is perfect: 200 meters from the cathedral and 10 meters from the main road down to the sea. The place is clean, airy, and comfortable, with a functional shower. The faucet does spray water everywhere, though, so that could be improved. I'd also add mosquito nets so the windows could stay open on hot days and evenings. Without them, there's a real chance of a seagull getting into the apartment.

Just 100 meters from the cathedral, this place has spacious, very clean rooms with all the comforts, plus a small garden right alongside. I absolutely recommend it.
